Beijing MTR Subway Line 14 station communication system operation and maintenance

BII-ERG under BII Technology Holdings has been responsible for the MTR Subway Line 14 station communication system operation and maintenance services since January 1, 2016, which includes 6 systems of CCTV, radio, clock, business and special telephone, power, centralized alarm.

Since January 2016, the company maintenance personnel have carried out effective maintenance work of up to 153820 hours, completed the system equipment maintenance for 2746 times. In the process of operation and maintenance, the company carried out maintenance work of station communication system with PM (preventive maintenance) and CM (corrective maintenance) for 916 times and 376 times respectively. At the same time, combined with the MMIS (maintenance management information) system’s effective management of PM and CM work and inspection and maintenance frequency developed for characteristics of each system equipment, the efficiency of operation and maintenance is greatly improved and equipment failure rate is reduced to ensure the Line 14 station communication system equipment operating rate of 99.99% or more and provide strong guarantee for the operation of subway Line 14.
