On the morning of September 18, Guan Jifa deputy general manager of Beijing Infrastructure Investment Ltd. and chairman of board of directors of BIITT and his team made an investigation on party building work in General Party Branch of BIITT as their point of contact. At the meeting, Party Branch Secretary of BIITT Xuan Jing and First Party Branch secretary Zhang Jianxun, respectively, delivered detailed report of supervision work on party building in general party branch and party branch.

In order to do a good job in receiving supervision and inspection on special party building of the SASAC, General Party Branch of BIITT attached great importance, made an in-depth understanding on the spirit and requirements of supervision and inspection, and set up the relevant leading team consisted of the party branch secretary, deputy secretary, corporate leaders as well as members of party branch; timely delivered the relevant work plan, organized the general party branch and the party branch to formulate the self-test report and interview outline, urged each party branch to provide a list of information in accordance with the relevant requirements from the special work plan of BIITT; carefully inspected relevant contents to ensure the actual conditions were understood. Party branches held general meetings where the self-inspection work was carried out with regard to the party branch’s manuals, party members’ study notes, party building materials and other physical materials.

Guan Jifa made on-site inspection on archives of party building and put forward suggestions and requirements for the work of party buildings in BIITT: first, although the proportion of party members in BIITT was low, the party organizations should create a demonstration effect and play a leading role in the listed state-owned enterprise; second, the state-owned enterprise had its market competitiveness when compared with the private enterprise, party members and leading cadres should further understand the positive role of the party building work in the development of state-owned enterprises and the growth of employees; third, we should reach the new level of the political theory in learning the spirit of the document, constantly strengthen the political consciousness, combine party building and production and management, strengthen the supervisory role of the party, in order to escort the development of enterprise; fourth, the party organization of BIITT should timely amend the articles of association, add more content of party building so as to meet the needs of modern corporate governance; fifth, we should effectively implement responsibilities in each post, achieve the organic unity of constraints and use of the power, so as to achieve the close combination between corporate development and party work-style building.
