ACC application operation and maintenance

BII-ERG under  BII Technology Holdings has been fully responsible for the Beijing rail transit ACC operating system operation and maintenance since 2008, which has lasted for nearly a decade. In the long operation and maintenance process, the company established a professional, stable and efficient operation and maintenance team consisting of first-line operation and maintenance monitoring, second-line operation and maintenance support and third-line development support. First-line operation and maintenance is responsible for application system monitoring of 7*24 hours, second-line operation and maintenance is responsible for business support, fault handling, system upgrades, performance optimization and third-line development is responsible for BUG repair, new features development, background support and so on.

ACC application system operation and management submits an average of about 1800 operation and maintenance reports annually, handles nearly 200 alarms and faults, carries out 6 emergency drills, participates in important business guarantee hours for 8-12 times, upgrades major system for 2-6 times and carries out operation and maintenance training for 8-10 times.
