BII HK is an experienced AFC maintenance support provider in Hong Kong, providing maintenance support during and after the product warranty period.

 

Maintenance team has a strong technical background and undertakes maintenance work in different AFC construction projects with many years of maintenance support work experience. BII HK uses the "full internal staff side" to carry out maintenance work, not for outsourcing. All maintenance technicians and field engineers/ technicians are full-time employees of the company who can handle sudden and maintenance problems in a timely manner and supervisors have the right to reallocate resources to provide rapid response as needed.

 

BII HK has been providing consultancy services to a number of public transport companies and Octopus systems in Hong Kong since 1997 and has continuously promoted the design and improvement of the system with clients. With a clear understanding of the expertise of the currently running automatic toll collection system and the system's business requirements and maintenance objectives, as an OEM supplier of AFC systems and equipment, the company has an intact test system that covers equipment hardware and back-end systems for testing, simulating faults and diagnosing purposes.
