TCC business

TCC is the highest authority for urban rail transit command, generally exercises monitoring, coordination, management and emergency command of urban rail transit network operation functions on behalf of the government. TCC is the core control center of the subway network operation. It is the “hub” for dispatching command and monitoring of the subway operation such as the running of the subway on the whole line, the change of the passenger train, the power supply, the operation of the station equipment, the disaster prevention alarm, the environmental monitoring, the ticketing management and the passenger service. Through the coordination of the operation of lines, the overall transport capacity of the network is fully leveraged on, so that the lines and rail transport network can be in efficient, economical and orderly operation.

 

TCC as the main window of urban rail transit, in the scheduled area, represents urban rail transit to contact and coordinate with other departments or units, such as weather, public security, fire, public transport departments. In normal operation, TCC only monitors, masters the operation of the line and provides assistance and coordination guidance information. The operation control of the lines is completed by each line control center; in exceptional circumstances, in particular, when two lines or above are affected, TCC represents the government to exercise commanding right.

 

As the city's rail transit command center, TCC masters all the information of the city rail transit network, therefore, the command center should provide the rail transit operation statistics decision information for the city and provide service information for passengers and operators; and conduct unified emergency rescue command in case of natural disasters, equipment failure, unexpected events on the traffic network.
