To strengthen the construction of corporate image, highlight characteristics with shareholder Beijing Infrastructure Investment, enhance brand efficiency of the Group, the board of directors and the leadership of the Company decided to change the name of the group company, and it was approved by HONG KONG Stock Exchange Ltd on August 24, 2017.

The name of the group company was changed to BII Railway Transportation Technology Holdings Company Limited, which is referred to as BIITT, stock code: 1522.HK.

BIITT will continue to provide high-quality products and services for domestic and international urban rail transit operators, and strive to build itself into Asia's most comprehensive and largest public transport system solutions provider.
