Time files. The year of 2017 is waving goodbye to us and the near year of 2018 is heading towards us. On the occasion of the approaching of the Spring Festival, I would like, on behalf of BII Rail Transit Technology Holdings Company Limited., to express my sincere wishes to all levels of leaderships who have provided sufficient care and guidance to our Company, all cooperation units who have worked together with our Company, and all staff who have contributed to the development of the company in the past year. I wish all of you good health, success in career, a happy family and good luck in the coming new year!

No pains no gains! In 2017, the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held successfully, which made a beginning for the comprehensive construction of the socialist modernized country. The year is also a crucial year for the company's transformation and development. According to the instructions from the superior party organizations, we established BIITT’s Party branch to consolidate the foundation of construction of grass-roots Party organizations, deeply learn and implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, maintain a high degree of consistency with the CPC Central Committee and BIITT’s Party branch in thoughts, politics and actions, thus to lay a solid ideological and political theory for the Company's development.

In 2017, our Company successfully changed its name and entered a new stage of development. We determined the development directions of three main businesses including smart rail transit , civilian communications and joint ventures based on BII Company’s industrial layout and the overseas capital markets; and formed a steady, high-quality and excellent development momentum by taking full advantage of the Group's overall industry advantages. The Company obtained 3patents for new appearance design, 3 utility model patents and 15 software copyright certificates. With the key projects being efficiently promoted and the traditional projects being steadily upgraded, the Company successfully completed the performance of tasks laid out by the Board of Directors at early beginning of the year.

In 2017, the Company gradually improved the management system, further strengthened the service support capabilities, enhanced its social awareness, and gathered a large number of high-quality young talents, thus providing adequate guarantee to the development of the Company. All of the above achievements have made every staff proud of being one member of the big family.

What's past is prologue. We well know that there are still many problems to be solved urgently behind the achievements. We well know that the challenge we are facing in the upcoming new year will be even greater and the task will be even more arduous. We will continue to deeply study and implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China according to the requirements of the Party committees of the Party Central Committee and BII Company, uphold the spirit of cornerstone, complete every task well step by step. We will strengthen communication with all parties to achieve win-win cooperation with an open mind. We will further boldly innovate and enhance the sense of responsibility, firmly grasp the golden period for the development of rail transit  and the historic opportunity for the transportation integration in the greater Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, accurately grasp the intension and extension of the development of rail transit in the new era, make plans scientifically, make thorough deployments, and  ride on the momentum, thus to push the Company to a new development platform with a higher level!
