ommittee of BII Technology Company, the First and second Party Branch of the Company respectively convened the Meeting of Party Members for Democratic Appraisal on March, 13 and March, 16. Both meetings were chaired by the secretary of each branch. Xuan Jing, the General Secretary of the General Branch of the company and Zhao Jingyuan, the Deputy Secretary attended the meetings as common Communist Party members for democratic appraisal.

Following the requirements of democratic appraisal, all Party members of each branch launched democratic appraisal focused on the fulfillment of Party members’ obligations and job responsibilities. During the self-appraisal, all Party members examined themselves compared with others and pointed out their deficiencies on study and work. And during the criticism on each other, they criticized each other frankly, objectively and fairly and proposed detailed suggestions and opinions on existing problems. After the leaders present gave their summary speeches, all Party members in each branch carried out a democratic appraisal of Party members and comment on work and style of members in the Party Branch.

Xuan Jing commended that the democratic appraisal meetings carried out by the General Party Branch had made evident effects. Party members had the courage to expose each other’s deficiencies and been able to show and accept their shortcomings, take the Party Constitution as a mirror to justify themselves, which played an important role in improving their work methods and overcoming difficulties. It also benefited all Party members to staunchly carry out their work in future and gave play to the leading role of Communist Party members. Criticism and self-criticism is the fine tradition of our Party, a powerful weapon to improve and perfect ourselves and an effective method to spot problems, improve working styles and encourage their work. It is hoped that all Party members would extend criticism and self-criticism to our daily work and study, make supervision on each other and share progress together, and make sure to play the fortress role of the Branches and the leading role of Party members to contribute to the development of the company.
