Recently, the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary BII Transit Systems (HK) Co. Ltd. (hereinafter abbreviated as the “BII Transit Systems (HK)”) wins the bidding of the automatic charge system maintenance service contract of Kowloon Bus (1933) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter abbreviated as “Kowloon Bus”). The contract lasts for four years, and the total contracted amount reaches 20 million HKD. 

It is reported that Kowloon Bus started its business in the 1930s in Hong Kong. By the end of 2017, the daily average busload of all routes in operation had reached 2.75 million. This marked a second business project between BII Transit Systems (HK) and Kowloon Bus following their first cooperation from 1997 to 2010. 

Ensuing signing of the contract, BII Transit Systems(HK) will provide 4,749 sets of charge devices and bus stop computing systems for Kowloon Bus as well as the hardware maintenance, software optimization and update, system support and improvement service. Through this cooperation, the two sides will deepen their business connection, expand the exchange platform, and promote cooperation in e-commerce and other relevant fields.
