The Internet Plus transaction auditing system developed by BII Transportation Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. which is a subsidiary of BII Railway Transportation Technology Holdings Company Limited, is domestically the first system auditing and managing the transaction records about the use of the Internet in the subway. The use of the Internet Plus in the subway, especially the use of QR code scaning for check-in entry, has greatly expanded the application situation of the entrance and exit fare collection system of the subway station, and also made a higher requirement on the subway clearing system.

     The Internet Plus transaction auditing system developed by the Company is initially given the function of auditing the data about the subway route transactions and the data about the real-time Internet transactions by matching and correlating the two, so that the

Internet company can perform the transaction audit of the passengers’ deducted fare, in order to the consumers’ interests and the operating company’s operation income.

The use of the Internet Plus in the subway has broken through the feature of the previous subway transactions that the entrance information and consumed amount must be carried in the exit transaction. For the Internet Plus subway transactions, the entrance information and consumed amount are not carried in the exit transaction, which poses a big challenge on the background clearing & settlement system. The background clearing & settlement system needs to pick out the reasonable entry and exit transaction information from a number of entry and exit transactions that seem unrelated, to match the passengers' entry and exit, calculate the fare, discount and other fee-related information, and based on this, audit the Internet company's fare deduction transactions, to ensure the rights of both the passengers and the operating company.  

After receiving the task, the R&D center of BII Transportation Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. immediately convened the elite of the Company to strive for making a technological breakthrough, and successfully designed and developed the Internet auditing system via several days of efforts. The system was synchronously put into operation along with the Internet Plus subway on August 20, 2017.
